Answers before you write

A link I printed points at the wrong page. Can I fix it?

Yes, and you do not need to reprint anything. Edit the link's destination in the dashboard and every copy already in circulation — including QR codes — starts going to the new page immediately.

What happens when I reach my link limit?

Existing links keep working and keep recording clicks. You just cannot create new ones until you delete some or move to a larger plan. Nothing you have already shared breaks.

My link was rejected as unsafe.

Every destination is checked against Google Safe Browsing before it is saved, and a URL that fails is refused rather than quietly shortened. If you believe it is a false positive, send us the URL and we will look.

Can I get an invoice with my company details?

Yes. Write to billing with your registered name, address and GSTIN and we will issue one for any charge.

How do I report a link that someone else created?

Use the report form on any short link's stats page, or pick “Report abuse” below. We review reports and disable links that break the rules.
